I found a fun thing on pinterest that I thought Isaac would like and was cheap. We took milk and food coloring and I let Isaac swirl them with a toothpick dipped in dish soap. He loved it!! I was worried he wouldn't play but would go crazy and splash away. He actually played for quite awhile before he went crazy. It was fun watching him.
